ODAP\u2019s Autonomous Department for Financial Resource Monitoring and Development operates under the supervision of the Head of the General Directorate and is the focal point for the management and enhancement of the Organization\u2019s revenues. Specialising in the monitoring of collections, it analyses trends in the development of revenues from various sources and proposes innovative strategies for their increase, while ensuring the proper functioning of collection mechanisms.<\/p>\n

Its main responsibilities include managing the e-ticketing system, monitoring and implementing the fee collection procedures for publications, photographs, audiovisual works and events. In addition, the Department is tasked with overseeing the operation of the refreshment facilities managed by the Hellenic Organization of Cultural Resources Development (ODAP), in order to ensure that they operate effectively in providing services to visitors at archaeological sites and museums.<\/p>\n

The Department is also responsible for conducting procurement procedures, governed by transparency and efficiency, with the aim of strengthening the financial viability of the Organization and constantly improving the services it provides.<\/p>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n
